Old York (as contrasted with New York), or as they call it here, York.
The beginning of September marked two seperate trips to York.
York is an interesting city because a lot of its medieval buildings and city walls are still intact. The reason for this is beacuse at the time when most cities were tearing down all their older buildings, York did not have the money to do the same. Now it is these very buildings that attract tourists from around the world.
These assortment of photos are from when Jake and I went with a group of friends. I went without Jake to York two days later with some other ladies from church. Both times were fun, just different experiences.
